Vainqueur de 3 étapes, Paul Seixas remporte le Tour du Pays Basque 2026, devenant le premier Français depuis Christophe Moreau en 2007 à gagner le classement général d’une course par étapes World Tour. Le coureur de Decathlon CMA CGM s’impose avec 2 minutes et 30 secondes d’avance sur l’Allemand Florian Lipowitz (Red Bull – Bora-hansgrohe), la 3e place revenant au Norvégien Tobias Halland Johannessen (UNO-X Mobility).
