3e du classement général à la veille de la dernière étape, Antoine L’Hote fait coup double le dernier jour en remportant la 4e étape et la victoire finale, le premier succès de sa carrière. Le coureur français de Decathlon CMA CGM devance pour 12 secondes le Danois Alexander Kamp (UNO-X Mobility) et de 18 secondes le Néo-Zélandais Corbin Strong (NSN Cycling Team). Le sprinteur anglais Ethan Vernon s’est mis en évidence en gagnant au sprint les deux premières étapes.
